In response to our client’s requirements for precise chemical solution mixing, Grant Innovation undertook the design and manufacturing of a solution that improved the accuracy and efficiency of mixture preparation in laboratory settings. The client sought not only accurate dispensing but also verification of the actual solution ratios.

Our team designed and manufactured a dispensing system that seamlessly interfaced with custom PC software. This software not only communicates with the dispensing device but also with a precision scale, allowing for real-time measurement and validation of the dispensed ratios. The software, capable of handling up to eight different chemical solutions, allows lab technicians to input the desired mixture ratios and automates the dispensing process with unparalleled accuracy.
