Microscope Pressure Vessel
In response to the requirements of a microfluidic development company, Grant Innovation successfully executed a project to enable the observation of microfluidic activity under high pressure conditions, specifically up to 10,000 PSI. The challenge was to create a solution that seamlessly integrated with the client’s existing microscope setup while ensuring the safety and structural integrity needed to withstand elevated pressures.
Our engineering team designed and manufactured a compact yet robust pressure vessel tailored to mount onto the client’s microscope. This specialized vessel was engineered to support and contain high internal pressures without compromising the clarity and precision required for microfluidic observation. The design featured a strategically positioned window that allowed for microscopic visualization of the intricate microfluidic processes.
