High Pressure Testing System

In response to our client’s testing needs, Grant Innovation developed a solution to facilitate equipment testing under pressures of up to 10,000 PSI. Our engineering team designed a pressure vessel accompanied by an efficient pressurization pump, designed to meet stringent safety standards.

To ensure seamless observation during testing, our design features three strategically placed windows that allow comprehensive video and still camera data capture from outside the pressure vessel. Grant Innovation not only conceptualized and designed the entire system but also directed the manufacturing process for the pump assembly.

We manufactured the pump assembly in house and then contracted the construction of the pressure vessel. We also coordinated the overseas shipping logistics. The result is a robust and reliable testing solution that meets our client’s expectations in terms of functionality and safety.
